ABOUT
Outstanding design for me starts when there is a sincere interest in the design to provide a positive human experience. A curiosity for the other, to investigate what is valuable for them, to show interest in their view of the world.
Acknowledging that human emotions are connected to the building is one of the most satisfying drivers in my design. In the last 4 years, I have been working with storytelling techniques to engage the client, the project team and stakeholders in a journey where they can read the story written in the building.
herefore, the building became meaningful. I am eager to share this knowledge and participate in creating spaces with a sense of “belonging” and “joy”.
I consider a project as a journey to bring ideas into reality, it starts with someone's idea, and then a team that holds knowledge, creativity and excellent communication brings the ideas to life. This is what I have been doing for the last 20 years contributing to projects in residential, educational, youth accommodation, commercial, industrial, and community services buildings. I have also had the privilege of working in participatory design with First Nation people of Australia.
My genuine interest in the project is to formulate and lead strategies to deliver outstanding design to complex processes, to achieve the best possible design outcomes and client satisfaction.
